The Swag Drop and Welcome Party begins on Dec. 7 at Higher Ground inside the Arlo Hotel from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A VIP gathering follows at 7 p.m. with the required ticket. The Kick-Off on the Rooftop at the same hotel runs from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. DogPod, described as a 4K podcast-style studio, sits inside the welcome party so community speakers can record panels for their own shows.
Day two in Wynwood
Day two centers on a Collectors Club day in Wynwood. Rip and Sip takes place at Collectors Club from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. A second VIP gathering is set for 7 p.m. with the required ticket. On-site card grading forms part of the day. Bark noted that community members have already shared DDL unboxings and that DDL TCG cards can now be graded by AGS.
Championship and water finale
The in-person DDL championship will be filmed and shared. The team is recruiting community announcers and a referee for the event. The Dogs at Sea finale sails on Dec. 8 aboard The Vessel, with boarding from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the voyage running from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Final morning close
The Hangover Hangout ends the schedule on Dec. 9 from 9 a.m. to noon. Arlo Wynwood serves as the home base for the gathering, timed after Art Basel. The team looked at several hotels to keep rooms accessible. Staying at the recommended hotel is not required.
Additional notes from the session
Bark mentioned that collector Adam Weitsman added a Diamond and a Wizard Doginal Dog earlier that morning. The full schedule remains subject to change. DDMiami 2026 is a Doginal Dogs event whose community was co-founded by Shibo and Bark and operates on Dogecoin through the Doginals protocol.
